I also like to research weird trends. Ex. Popularity of the movie iRobot at its launch in July 2004 vs. popularity of the iRobot Roomba during its breakout year for the 2004 holidays (per Google Trends).
It's hard to know whether Will Smith beat the robots based on this data.
